When we receive challenging requests for precision components, our skilled craftsmen engage in thorough internal meetings to determine critical factors and non-negotiable requirements. During these internal meetings, we thoroughly go back and forth in communicating cost efficiency and fostering mutual trust with our clients. As a result, we take pride in the longstanding trust relationships we have built with many of our customers, which have contributed significantly to M1 Seiko’s growth.
By leveraging Kamata’s historical network of master craftsmen, we take on requests ranging from complex machining tasks to assembly products and design development. Following the principle of “the right person for the right task,” we form a tailored “all-star” team of experts for each project—not just for the sake of camaraderie, but to ensure our customers that we could provide the highest quality.
